I guess its been a while since I have updated this thing. oh well.
In the past week Imy life has been taken and shaken upside down. Almost literally. My plan after the internship was over, was to join IHOP staff, in the tech department. Because, for those who follow IHOP, they are starting to massive outreaches. Like major sized conferences and concerts. They are doing a huge one in Sept with YWAM, and are prophecied to be filling stadiums of people quite frequently. And if you know me, thats my passion in life is to be doing those kind of things and managing all of the tech stuff for them.
However, last week I recieved a prophecy that said "I dont see you staying at IHOP". Well, I was really mad at the guy who gave it to me, and completely shut down, and said (in my head) "that guy was just not hearing from God, and that prophecy was not legit" well, I decided to ask God what He thought about that and said that if it was legit, He would need to soften my heart to it, and confirm it with a job (I have a specific one I have asked for).
So that night, as I was in the prayer room, I began to see how I might have to go back to MN, and that reason was to learn a lot more about the concert production realm.
That night, on the way to Buffalo Wild Wings, I asked someone (who I knew and was prophetic) to prophecy over me. And without knowing anything of the previous prophecy, he said " I see you leaving IHOP, but not indefinetally. I also see you as a bridge between the marketplace and the mission field." Both of those have been said over me before, and so, with that, my life.
The next day, I e mailed the contact that I had for the job that I desired, and had tried before to get and was ignored, and he e mailed back " I really want to talk to you when you get back in town, I need more good people, so as soon as you are back, let me know." So, I am done June 23, and I will be back on the 23 most likely, then on the 24th, I will be meeting with him (if all goes well).
So I leave you with that. Maybe by the next time I write, I will have bigger answers.
